To me a great body might be something different for each person. Civilization today is allowed to dictate what a great body should look like. In the end, the most important thing is that people eat well, get enough exercise and sleep, and avoid abusing their bodies with drugs & alcohol. A great body should be defined as a healthful body that serves its owner well, it doesn't matter what stage of life they might be in.
The media will carry on to bombard us with images of what the majority views as a great body. However, if we as folks decide to change our classification of what a great body truly is, we can be a positive impact on the attitudes and options of other people, including youthful children attempting to grow up in today's world.
