If you have never had a Rogue in World of Warcraft, then, seriously, what are you waiting for? The Rogue is among my totally favorite character classes and I have a feeling it'll be one of yours as well.

For people new to WOW, or anyone who is soloing, a Rogue is a great option. They've got tons of built in skills and abilities that make them easier to use solo. To start with an obvious one--You are able to Stealth up to enemies and Sap them, Pickpocket them, and then kill them, using your awesome Dual Wield and super fast combinations! Additionally, for the soloers out there, the Rogue has some great skills that allow you to run away quick when you are getting ganked, including Sprint and Vanish-which is great if in the middle of a battle you need to bandage!

Additionally, Rogues just have some of the most awesome skills, I mean what's cooler than lockpicking and pickpocketing?

If you are searching to use a Rogue Leveling Guide, then be aware that you might not get to experience everything in the game, plus you may not be able to learn every skill/profession in the book. This is all right, it's all in the name of leveling as quickly as possible. You'll be able to do all the stuff you weren't able to and more when you are a level 80;)

Rogue Professions-Rogues work well with a variety of professions. It really is dependent on what you want to do with your Rogue. The best kind, I think, are the in-game add-on guides. Just make sure that they comply with Blizzard rules and they are intelligent.
