I have 2 8in subs, I wana put them in a Subaru Legacy, will it hook up with the stock radio w/o a RCA convert?

There is no easy way.
The fewer grounds for equipment the better to limit engine noise.
id say just go get a nice aftermarket deck. it’ll n ot only have the rca plug ins but will also give you louder sound out of your speakers and much more clear. go check out some alpine or pioneer decks
