You can purchase at electronic stores, stores such as Radio Shack offer police scanners for sale. Search Yahoo! on-line.
Radio Shack straight up and if $ are not an issue try your local Motorola dealer listed in the yellow pages.
some walmarts have them radio shack has them but they have to stay in ur house and they have to b programed if u get caught wit it in ur car u will b fined and jailed
