maybe you’re paranoid. i know the war can do alot of bad things to someone. i dont know from experiance, but ive known alot of people who afterwards, have been hearing voices, and other weird noises. maybe you have Post Tramatic Syndrom. talk to someone. maybe it does have soemthing to do iwth that thing they put inside you. but their are alot of people who hear voises who dont have those things. have you been paranoid about anything lately? think of things that have been happening, and see if they have been causing you stress.

I’ve heard of this happening to some people after they get fillings at the dentist. And with the atmosphere filled with all kinds of electromagnetic waves, we have lots of energy penetrating our bodies. So I am not surprised this happens. Only trial and error experimentation can determine what causes this to become audible and annoy the person affected.

Have you lived since the Vietnam war until recently without this happening before?
Has this continued even after you washed your hair?
If it still does, when was the last time you had dental work done?

Some possible solutions to try include:
    - position your bed differently, or move your bed to a new location in the room or sleep in a different room.
    - wrap your head in aluminum foil. Experiment by first covering the upper half of your head above the eyebrows. If you still hear it, increase the coverage on the back and sides.
    - shield your sleeping quarters for radio frequencies (scroll down to wall shields at the source link I posted below).

That is totally normal for what you have been through. I could swear I had you as a platoon officer during basic training over half a century ago.
